We have developed specific programs tailored to assist developers and property owners to enhance our Downtown and commercial areas:
Visual Improvement Program
Unique, City of Glendale program designed to partially reimburse property owners for making exterior improvements to their retail, commercial, or industrial property. Click here for more details. Subject to funding availability.
Dining District Interior Improvement Grant
This program will assist with qualified internal improvements to restaurants locating or expanding within the designated Downtown Dining District. More details can be found by clicking here.
Downtown Glendale Parking Garage Retail Opportunities
Construction of the new 600-space downtown parking structure began March 13, 2007. The garage is now operational, and the city is looking for tennants to join the ground-floor retail space. To find out more, click here.
