	Defensive Driving School This is a 4 1/2-hour diversion class that results in a dismissal of a violation. The class may only be completed once every 24 months for eligible violations. You may attend DDS for only one violation, even if multiple eligible violations are listed on the citation. You must pay a fine, appear in court, or request a hearing for the other violations.
