About the Court
The City Court tries criminal and civil traffic violations, as well as non-traffic criminal misdemeanor cases. Some of the cases the court handles include
driving under intoxication,

Updated Traffic Ticket Information
Please note traffic ticket fines changed as of July 1, 2009. You will need to know the date of your violation to find the cost of your ticket. You should use the first chart if your date of violation occurred on or after July 1, 2009. If your date of violation was on or before June 30, 2009, you should use the second chart.

Defensive Driving School
This is a 4 1/2-hour diversion class that results in a dismissal of a violation. The class may only be completed once every 24 months for eligible violations. You may attend DDS for only one violation, even if multiple eligible violations are listed on the citation. You must pay a fine, appear in court, or request a hearing for the other violations.
