Maricopa County HOME Consortium Survey
We want your input for the Maricopa County HOME Consortium's Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan (HOME). This plan covers member cities (Glendale is a member) in the area of housing, homeless prevention and other critical areas. This survey is designed to allow us to identify respondents by city, thereby allowing us to capture their response for use in Glendale's plan.
