Northern Manor West II HOA Dedicates Improvements Funded by Neighborhood Grant Program

Neighbors living in the Northern Manor West II HOA, now have enhanced common areas as a result of a $20,500 grant awarded for the repaving of internal streets and the replacement of speed bumps.
The Citizen’s Advisory Commission on Neighborhoods awarded the funds to the neighborhood.

Councilman Steve Frate, Sahuaro District, recognized the neighbors for their efforts to improve their neighborhood during a plaque presentation on Jan. 26.

The Northern Manor West II HOA is a registered neighborhood, located between Acoma and Crocus from 57th to 59th avenues. It lists 197 households in the property that is 25 years old.

The Neighborhood Partnership Office administers a grant program that funds revitalization projects twice a year to assist neighborhoods more than 15 years old. Citizen participation and involvement are key components of the program.
