Effective Aug. 14, 2012 - Please note the paper copy of the agenda provided at Council meetings will be a summary with only the titles of the agenda items for consideration. This change has been made in an effort to save paper and office staff resources. Staff observed that the majority of the printed agendas were unused during the meeting or immediately discarded after the meeting.
The entire agenda packet is available online and is posted below for your convenience by 5 p.m. on Friday. You may print the items you are interested in, or a hard copy will be available upon request from the City Clerk Department. If you have any questions please contact the City Manager’s Office at 623-930-2870.

Beginning November 2009, videos of regular city council meetings and workshops are available online either live or on-demand. Typically, council retreats, special or executive sessions are not televised and therefore are not available online.
