The Glendale Civic Center offers well-appointed large and small meeting rooms able to accommodate day conferences, breakout sessions, seminars, board meeting and retreats. We offer full service catering, audio –visual services, and meeting coordination to help make your meeting successful and productive.

Trade Shows

With easy access from the 101 or the I-17 freeways your attendees will easily find their way to your show.  The Glendale Civic Center offers indoor exhibit space of 12788 sq. ft. enough for 65 -    10 x 10 booths.  Exhibits can include tabletop exhibits, art displays, antique shows and auctions, as well as commercial and industrial vehicle displays.

We offer competitive package pricing that includes ticket / registration tables, 8’x 12’ staging, podium, microphone and show office.   We offer concession service or other catering options to fit your groups needs.

Graduations

Put your school at the head of the class when you hold your next graduation ceremony at The Glendale Civic Center.  With seating capacity in our ballroom from 100 to 1100 people, graduations can be held in air-conditioned comfort. 

We offer competitively priced graduation packages that provide for rehearsal time, class photo opportunities, staging, podiums and microphones.  After the ceremony hold your catered celebration reception on our beautifully landscaped Fountain Terrace.

Social Engagements

From employee awards banquets to high school reunions, birthdays and retirement parties the Glendale Civic Center provides the perfect setting to make your event memorable and inspiring to your guests.

We offer social packages designed to fit your specific event complete with staging, microphone, podium and dance floors. With catering provided by The RK Group, a variety of menu choices will allow you to tailor your dining experience to accentuate your special theme.

Weddings

Say “I do” and celebrate in complete elegance with The Glendale Civic Center.  We offer both beautiful indoor and outdoor settings for ceremonies and receptions.  Impress your guests upon arrival as they enter through the Grand Rotunda walking across the stunning jewel-like Italian Marble with soaring limestone columns and into the landscaped Fountain Terrace for the ceremony. Afterwards you will find our elegant Ballroom perfect for your the reception.

We offer competitively priced wedding packages that are based on the expected number of guests and space selected that includes your catered meal, champagne toast, wedding cake, head table, round table guest seating with floor-length linens.  You and your guests will enjoy the reception on our large dance floor included with all wedding packages.

Quinceanera and Sweet 16 Parties

The ultimate in coming out parties the Glendale Civic Center will impress and delight your family and guests. Quinceanera ceremonies can be held our Garden Courtyard followed by a elegant reception.  

We offer affordable packages that make planning this special event easy.  Pricing is based on the expected number of guests and space selected.  Packages include catered meals, celebration cake, head table and round table guest seating with floor-length linens. You and your guests will enjoy the reception on our large dance floor included with all reception packages.
