- Ensure that all citizens live in a safe neighborhood with police presence, crimes solved, and crime prevention and reduction.
- Provide crime information and data that is meaningful to citizens.

- Develop a strategy to provide a higher level of code enforcement including seven day a week and holiday service. Special emphasis to be made to reduce repeat illegal activities.
- Conduct a needs assessment/utilization study of the adult center in order to determine if additional space should be remodeled.
- Maintain a high level of services as the population and visitors increase.
