Community Action Program - Four Basic Requirements |
To receive assistance:
- You must be a Glendale resident and live within the city limits.
- You must show proof of gross income for the past 30 days.
- You must show proof of your Social Security cards and proof of birth dates for each member of the household.
- You must meet Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
