• Glendale resident
• Proof of gross income for the past 30 days
• Social security cards for each member of the household
• Proof of US citizenship or legal permanent status for primary applicant for some programs
• Meet State Median Income Guidelines for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• Meet Federal Poverty Income Guidelines for Rent and Mortgage Programs
