Eviction Rent Payment/Eviction Mortgage Payment

There must be verification that the household has experienced one of the following crisis: a separation of the family due to domestic violence; loss of income; unforeseen circumstances that increased expenditures making it difficult to meet monthly expenses; a condition which endangers the health or safety of the household.

Eligibility:

1. Household must be at or below 125 percent of poverty; 150 percent if there is an elderly or handicapped person in the household.
2. There must be verification that the household has experienced one of the following crisis: a separation of the family due to domestic violence; loss of income; unforeseen circumstances that increased expenditures making it difficult to meet monthly expenses; a condition which endangers the health or safety of the household.
3. Must not have received assistance from any type of former funds in the last 12 months.
