Role:

Monitors the transportation fund to ensure voter-approved projects, in accordance with
Proposition 402, are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Advises the City
Council on regional transportation issues, public transit, the bicycle program and alternative transportation modes.

Membership:

Eleven members appointed by the City Council, initially for staggered terms and thereafter, two-year terms.

Meets:

7 p.m., first Thursday of each month. Time commitment averages four hours per month.
