Role: Advises city staff and the City Council through the Citizens Transportation Oversight Commission on safety education, bicycle plan implementation and refinement, inspection of bikeways, improvement of adult and youth bicycle riding skills, and promoting bicycling and walking in the city of Glendale and in
Arizona.

Membership: 7 members and one member is a representative of Citizens Transportation Oversight Commission appointed by the City Council.

Meets: 6:30 p.m., first Monday of each month. Time commitment averages six hours per month.
