The Glendale Adult Center extends an open invitation to all adults to visit the facility and participate in the exciting activities offered. The center is designed and staffed for the individual interested in partaking of a great variety of programs, browsing through our library, surfing the net, playing pool, eating a nutritious lunch or just seeking the comfort of friendly companionship over coffee.

PLEASE NOTE: An annual facility use fee will be required beginning September 1, 2009. The $10 resident and $15 non-resident fee (activity fees are additional) will help ensure Glendale Adult Center participants continue to enjoy quality facilities and programming into the future. The fee will help cover the cost of issuing participant identification badges and help offset programming and facility expenses. All collected monies will be used exclusively for the Glendale Adult Center. If you would like to know more information, any of the Glendale Adult Center staff will be happy to help.

VII Membership

You can show your support of the Glendale Adult Center senior programs by becoming a "Friend of the Center" (VII member). VII, Volunteer Intergroup Incorporated, is an officially recognized 501©3 non-profit organization that compliments senior programming efforts of the City of Glendale by generating membership revenue and collecting some activity/service fees. These purchases are independent from the City of Glendale Parks and Recreation transactions and are reliant upon volunteer support from VII members. VII members can enjoy special opportunities that are unavailable to non-members such as participating in travel activities, placing crafts in the Crafts Plus Shop and participating in the Mockingbird Kitchen Band and Celebration Singers.
VII Membership: $8 for Glendale residents, $12 for non-residents
