- Total Body Exercise Program
9:30 - 10:15 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays,
Room 107, A & B • Free
Medium intensity/low impact
30 minutes of low impact aerobics followed by 15 minutes of strength training using free weights.
- Chair Fitness Exercise Program
10:30 - 11:15 a.m., Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays,
Room 107, A & B • Free
Low-medium intensity/no impact
Chair exercises using free weights and bands to increase range of motion and flexibility.
- Fitness Center: Fitness Center user fee applies
Open 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., Monday - Friday,
9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 7 - 9:30 p.m., Saturday
Treadmills, exercise bicycles and weight machines available for use. $6 per quarter use fee. Proper shoes required. Sign up at fitness center desk for orientation after physician’s release has been received.
