Wood Floor Painting and Refinishing at Glendale Adult Center will begin Nov. 14 and ends Nov. 23. During that time, there will be crews here at Glendale Adult Center working on the wood floor surfaces in room 107 A/B. This is the 10-year mark so all varnish will be removed, additional sanding will take place and a 3-coat process will be applied. This is part of the preventative maintenance to extend the life of these floors.
For those individuals that have sensitivities to smells you will have to see what is okay for you and what might not be tolerable. The product used to complete the floors is non-toxic but it may be obnoxious or intolerable for some.
The Glendale Adult Center team apologizes for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.
Nov. 14 – 18: All classes will be moved to other spaces in the Center which should make the smells less noticeable.
Nov. 21 – 23: ALL CLASSES ARE CANCELLED
